I’ve just smashed my New York marathon goal thanks to Leo’s brilliant personalized training plan which gave me the strength I needed on race day. He is a brilliant coach, full of enthusiasm and knowledge about how to get the best out of my body. 5 stars!!!
Leo’s a great personal trainer. Listens to what I want and delivers! I feel dead after the sessions, and they’re only 30 mins. Defo noticing a difference to my overall strength and body definition.

I’ve been training with Leo for a little while now. I signed up as I was training alone but struggling to make progress. He’s given me a newfound motivation and focus and the online support he offers is great both for nutrition and tracking performance. As a vegetarian his focus on plant based nutrition is also a real plus. Would definitely recommend.
I was a little bit lost with knowing what to do at the gym to meet my goals. I was going because it’s good to go, but with no real thought going into what I would do there. Leo has really helped by designing 3 tailored workouts to do during the week, and I have this adapted every 6 weeks. It means I get a lot of variety so my workouts are so much more enjoyable, and they are tailored to what I have discussed with Leo beforehand so I am actually working on areas I want to. He is really easy to get in contact with if I have any queries about how to do a new exercise correctly. I am on my 3rd programme now and have found it really worthwhile.

I started talking to Leo at the gym because he is such a friendly guy and we shared our back complaints. He said he could help and although I hadn’t used a PT before I decided to give him a try. It was money well spent – not only is he extremely knowledgeable he is also a great trainer and motivator. Furthermore he makes the training enjoyable but still challenging- we had a great laugh as well. I would recommend Leo to everyone!

After several years away from the gym and after developing some health problems I decided to address my fitness and mobility issues. I booked a short 4 session programme with Leo. He has a warm ,friendly personality and quickly devised a personal schedule that will build up my strength and stamina over the next few months. Leo has helped me develop a focus and determination that I think I would have struggled with left to my own devices. I would strongly recommend him to others.
